Our mission is to provide exposure to Blues musicians and to get people out to see, hear and support these artists. This site is about our appreciation for contemporary blues artists. In this age of information overload, myspace and hype, a number of gifted artists are lost. Many have given their souls and character to the Blues. They practice their craft, hone their skills to perfection, and deliver their voices to those who listen. Most outstrip the talents of the commercially successful, but yet go unrecognized. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-E38Ano372c- Big City Rhythm & Blues Magazine

- Bubba's Blues Corner

Bubba's Blues Corner--Helena, AR The family farm was going out of business, and Bubba Sullivan was searching for a new career. All he had to fall back on was a past filled with the culture and heritage of the Delta and memories of the Blues music he had heard throughout his youth. Sullivan's wife was in retail so the couple found a larger building and designated part of it as " Bubba's Blues Corner." Bubba stocked the store with some albums from his personal collection, and One day a passerby wandered into the store and offered Bubba a list of contacts to build his inventory. Next thing you know Bubba had a real record store, and today Bubba's Blues Corner boasts one of the best selections of hard-to-find Blues music in the nation. Laid back decor and old time business practices have attracted the attention of renowned musicians, media, and most of all Blues fans. By the way, the passerby that wander into the store was none other than Billy F Gibbons of ZZ Top fame.

3 to 4 times a year you can see this beautiful boat sitting by the North Shore and it stops you in your tracks! It would really be a shame to have it docked for good.
